Article 1

This act regulates the terms and conditions of use of the website of the Tourist Organization of the City of Subotica (hereinafter referred to as: TOGS), the rights and obligations of users, the use of content, copyrights, and the use of cookies.

Article 2

The website of TOGS is of an informative and promotional nature and is intended for the presentation of the tourist offer, cultural and other content of importance for the City of Subotica.

Article 3

By accessing and using the website, the user accepts the terms and conditions prescribed by this act. If the user does not agree with these terms and conditions, they are obliged to cease using the website.
