Sandstorm is a trail race (trail running) unique for taking place on sandy terrain.
It is part of a race trilogy organized by the “Spartak Skyrunners” association (along with the Northstorm and Substorm races).
The focus is on testing endurance in unusual conditions, where the sand provides an extra challenge for legs and fitness.
