The Dr. Vinko Perčić gallery is a vibrant art institution dedicated to promoting diverse artistic movements and preserving a valuable art collection donated to the City of Subotica by Dr. Vinko Perčić.

Today, the gallery houses around 500 exhibits, including paintings, drawings, applied arts, and personal items from Dr. Perčić’s workspace and living quarters.

The building dates back to the late 19th century, with its earliest known owner being the attorney Mihalj Gereb. A major redesign was carried out in 1894 by the architect Dezső Jakab, giving the facade its distinctive, decorative Neo-Baroque appearance.

Today, the gallery is a space where art, history, and a private collection merge into a seamless whole, offering visitors a unique insight into Subotica’s rich cultural heritage and artistic value.
